Our Policies

• All sales are final. If there is an issue with an item please let us know as soon as possible. We will work to help you resolve the issue, but we do not offer returns or refunds.

• All items are sold on a first come first serve basis. If you see a piece that you would like to purchase, please contact us directly to secure that item. We do not hold items without a down payment. We can hold items for 7 days after purchase. If you require an extended hold, please contact us prior to making a purchase.

• We can offer curbside delivery within the Chicagoland area for a small fee, depending on the location and item. We also work with delivery companies and can make recommendations based on the situation.

• Our current inventory can be viewed by appointment at our warehouse in East Dundee, IL.

• Shipping is available to the lower 48 states. Please contact us if you are interested in shipping. Shipping schedule is dependent on the shipper’s availability and planned route.
